Hot Poblano Crap Dip
A spicy and creamy dip featuring roasted poblano peppers, melted cheese, and savory seasonings, perfect for parties or game day gatherings.
Ingredients:
- 2 large poblano peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving
Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired
Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers
