Grilled Baked Potatoes



Grilled baked potatoes are an easy and tasty side dish that are great for any outdoor party or barbecue. The smoky flavor from the grill comes through in the potatoes, and the toppings make them taste even better.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped chives

Instructions:

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Make sure to wash and scrub potatoes well

Use a fork to make several holes in each potato

Add salt and black pepper to the potatoes after rubbing them with olive oil

For each potato, wrap it in aluminum foil

Close the grill lid and put the potatoes that have been wrapped on it

Turn the potatoes every so often for 45 to 60 minutes, or until they are soft and cooked all the way through

Unwrap the potatoes carefully and let them cool down a bit

Cut each potato in half lengthwise and use a fork to fluff up the inside

Add toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped chives while the food is still hot
