Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Cut the ripe banana into slices
Put the banana slices, peanut butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, mixed berries, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if you want into a blender
Mix until it's creamy and smooth
To get the smoothie to the right consistency, you can add more almond milk if it needs it
You can add ice cubes and blend again until smooth if you'd like your smoothie the other way around
